Directive

Work with the sales team to develop a concrete, project based segment of their business.  Prior to this directive, a majority of their revenues were obtained through staffing assignments, contractor by contractor, hindering their growth.

Remarks

I worked with the sales team to help them identify what could be project based business.  I attended the sales calls that were likely to be project business.  I wrote large-scale project proposals and I developed estimating, planning, tracking, and documenting guidelines for the project based business.

Results

Significant revenues were obtained through this new project based business. 

Allowed several project teams, with designated project managers, to work simultaneously, significantly increasing their growth.
