This is a start up company providing services to put retail products together and install them at the consumer's destination.

I was needed to set up a system where orders are received through e-mail from various customers and create a process for scheduling and coordinating employees with consumers.

Remarks

I set up e-mail and coupled it with a high level process to receive orders and schedule the installers, which allowed them to get the business up and running quickly.
