A Tooling Supplier

This new company provides an economical and quality alternative to automotive makers using off-shore services. It was not only a new business, it was also a new business concept.

They started to write a business plan, but they did not have the time to invest and did not feel they could do it justice.

I was needed to write the business plan specifically designed to enable them to get in the door with manufacturing companies.

Remarks

The business plan I wrote went through the whole cycle of creation, reviews, and updates, completing it to their satisfaction within 3 weeks.

They successfully got in the door, acquired 12 manufacturers and had 35 suppliers join the network.
